False pregnancy When pregnancy is just a feeling
A babe experiencing false pregnancy tends to exhibit symptoms of pregnant woman including a baby bump
My friend Martha has spent close to three months without getting her periods. She did not mind the discomfort because she was certain she was pregnant. Over the months, we’ve watched her have morning sickness; mood swings and all the symptoms pregnant women go through. Anxious, Martha went to the doctor to confirm that she was pregnant only to be told that it was a false.
To say the least, she was dumbfounded. I mean how could she explain her weird cravings and morning sickness? The doctor who attended to her told her she was suffering from a classic case of Pseudocyesis or false pregnancy.
